• Check your booking confirmation email to complete the consent & health forms in advance.

• A deposit is required when booking online: $100 non-refundable deposit for services valued over $100 (remaining balance due on the day of your appointment). For services under $100, the full amount is required as the deposit.

If booking multiple services, schedule them back-to-back. There may be a short turnover time for new guests. For one guest booking consecutive services, we may finish earlier than scheduled.

Health Eligibility Checklist – Must Be Cleared Before Booking

• Age 18+ • Not pregnant or nursing (except waxing) • No contagious blood conditions (e.g., HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis) • Off Accutane for 12 months • No peels, AHA/glycolic acid/retinol on treatment area for 2 weeks • No skin allergies to pigments, numbing, or lash glue • No glaucoma, blood thinners, eczema, psoriasis, keloids, or active skin cancer in treated area • Not under chemo/radiation, no post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation • No undiagnosed rashes/blisters, epilepsy, or fainting history • Diabetics must provide doctor’s note • No Botox in treated area within 3 months

Touch-Ups & Maintenance: Please select the correct timeframe/service to ensure fair access and sufficient time to all clients. Kefi Beauty reserves the right to amend bookings as necessary without prior communication. A system notification will be sent to you in the event of any changes.
