• Check your booking confirmation email to complete the consent & health forms in advance.
• A deposit is required when booking online: $100 non-refundable deposit for services valued over $100 (remaining balance due on the day of your appointment). For services under $100, the full amount is required as the deposit.
If booking multiple services, schedule them back-to-back. There may be a short turnover time for new guests. For one guest booking consecutive services, we may finish earlier than scheduled.
Health Eligibility Checklist – Must Be Cleared Before Booking
• Age 18+ • Not pregnant or nursing (except waxing) • No contagious blood conditions (e.g., HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis) • Off Accutane for 12 months • No peels, AHA/glycolic acid/retinol on treatment area for 2 weeks • No skin allergies to pigments, numbing, or lash glue • No glaucoma, blood thinners, eczema, psoriasis, keloids, or active skin cancer in treated area • Not under chemo/radiation, no post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation • No undiagnosed rashes/blisters, epilepsy, or fainting history • Diabetics must provide doctor’s note • No Botox in treated area within 3 months

Full sets are ideal for both new clients and returning guests booking after 22 days. With more lashes applied, full sets offer maximum coverage, resulting in a fuller look and longer-lasting retention compared to fills. Application takes approximately 2–2.5 hours, depending on your natural lash density. Each set is customized to your eye shape, with a focus on lash health and comfort for beautiful, long-lasting results.

Each set is given sufficient time and attention. recognizing that everyones natural lash count and growth rate are different. A substantial amount of time is set aside to ensure you get the best experience in a clean environment with properly disinfected too for every guest. The goal is to make you feel confident and beautiful everyday.
Express Set | Lashes - Existing Client Only
An Express Set applies extensions to every other natural lash, covering up to 70% of your lashes depending on your natural lash count. This is a great option for those with naturally sparse lashes or for anyone with dense natural lashes who prefers a soft, natural finish. Perfect if you’re new to lash extensions or want a subtle enhancement. You can continue booking Express Sets, opt for a Fill Plus, or try a Full Set for 90–100% coverage.
Fill Plus | Lash Extension - Existing Client Only
90 mins application time, recommended within 3 weeks (max 22 days) from your last lash appointment, with at least 20% of extensions remaining. Timing may vary based on lash count, growth, and routine.
Follow Up
Follow-Up Appointment for Beauty Service
In a follow-up appointment, the guest will review their progress since the initial treatment. The provider will assess results, address any concerns, and offer guidance on post-care. This ensures the guest achieves their desired outcomes with personalized support and advice for ongoing care.
